We are heading there Friday night, and back Monday. Ok, so we are not actually there on the forth, but close.
Hope to see everyone there!

LEED AP

Friday, June 23rd, 2006

Just received confirmation that I passed the exam to be a LEED Acreddited Professional. I really needed more initials for after my name in professional situations. Anyway, it means that I am offically certified to act as the professional in the certification process that rates the environmental friendlieness of buildings. Simple, right?

soon, mobility.

It is a little odd when you check on the baby, and he is not where you placed him. We are used to him pretty much staying put. Monday morning I peeked in before Gavin woke up, and he seemed odd in the dim light, as though his joints were bending the wrong way. Turns out, he had flipped over sometime during the night and was on his tummy. Way to go! Soon he wil be flip-flop rolling all over the house!

Not sure why I find this so funny….

A new discovery every day.

Today, gavin realized that the Hand includes a separate Thumb, and that this Thumb can be an great substitute to a pacifier.
Now that he has discoverd this, we have to keep thumb sucking  from getting out of hand.

Much thanks to the Grandmas for making this possible.

Lisa says that the first day at work went well, although there has been lot of change during her absence. Gavin enjoyed the day with Grandma S, and is already sleeping soundly. The dog had a bad day, but that is another story.

Please forgive me

After the previous post, gavin cried all day today. (or it was the onions on the pizza Lisa had for dinner) To make up, here he is in his favorite swing.  He is smiling frequently these days, but will become all serious when the camera comes out. The lights and music have a good chance of provoking a smile.

Silly numbers.

Gavin Says: Worrying about the number of today’s date is silly. Changing your life because of it is wierd. Dad posting a picture of me looking this bad is just mean.
